The website said I would get free shipping why did I still get charged?
To get free shipping you must:
Sign up to be a citizen during checkout
Have more than $60 in your cart.
Choose Fedex ground as your carrier
Does Liquid Planet have a catalog? No we don't have a catalog at this time.
If I buy in bulk will I get a discount? The only discount that we offer at this time is free Fedex ground shipping for people sign up for our Citizens of Liquid Planet newsletter.
How do I ship to 2 different locations? You must place two seperate orders.
If I want to ship 2 places but the total order is over $60.00 will I still get the free shipping? Citizens will receive free Fedex Ground shipping on any order over $60. Unfortunately orders going to two different places are considered two different orders and will only receive free shipping if they are over $60 by themselves.
Are Planetary Design products dishwasher safe? Yes Planetary Design products are TOP SHELF DISHWASHER SAFE. However any dishwasher that generates high heat may melt the plunger assembly baskets. This includes most commercial dishwashers and some newer residential dishwashers. Some dishwashers have a heating element to boost the tempurature of the water, it is advised that you turn this feature off if possible. Turn off the heat dry setting as well.
Do you do printing and engraving? Liquid Planet doesn't do printing or engraving. Planetary Design will do printing on its products subject to setup fees and minimum case orders. Please contact them at 1.888.327.9908

My product arrived damaged what can I do? We take great care in packaging your order however sometimes it gets damaged in shipping anyway. If this happens please send an e-mail to info@liquidplanet.com with your order number and which item was damaged. We will get another one right out to you and send a call tag for the broken one if necessary.
