Returns and Refunds. Liquid Planet Online has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. You may return most items within 30 days for a full refund. Returns received after 30 days from purchase will not be processed. Please e-mail us for authorization if you wish to return an item after 30 days. DO NOT SEND BACK ITEMS RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED . PLEASE CONTACT INFO@LIQUIDPLANET.COM FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

- You must include a copy of the receipt.
- You must include a note of explanation for the return.
- Returns are processed within 14 days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Products. Inspect your product upon delivery. Defective items will be replaced when reported within five (5) working days at the manufacturer's or Liquid Planet's expense. Damaged item returns made between 5 and 30 days will fall under the Liquid Planet satisfaction guarantee. Returns after 30 days must be handled through the manufacturer.
